MDAC Summer School

For the fourth consecutive year our “Mental disability law in practice” summer school will take place from Monday 1 to Friday 12 July at the Central European University in Budapest. We invite you and friends and colleagues to apply to this two week enjoyable learning experience. -       learn from world-known experts of mental health and law

-       broaden your knowledge on legal advocacy

-       become a member of a worldwide disability-focused human rights network 

Participants include practicing attorneys, non-practising lawyers, NGO staff and board members, policy-makers, activists, policy experts, PhD candidates and law students. We encourage people with disabilities to apply, especially those with experience of intellectual or psycho-social disabilities.

The summer school offers great value for money, coming in at a total cost of 1064 EUR (550 EUR enrolment, and 514 EUR accommodation and living costs) plus travel to Budapest. A small number of scholarships are available.
