18 March, Chisinau, Moldova. The rights of people with disabilities in Moldova inched closer to being respected last week. During 11-15 March MDAC carried out three seminars in Chisinau for government representatives, NGOs, the Ombudsman’s Office, and people with disabilities.

7 March 2013. MDAC announced on 8 January 2013 that the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovakia had issued a decision on 28 November 2012 in a case regarding deprivation of legal capacity in which it found violations of numerous rights under the Slovak Constitution, the European Convention on Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
